(WOW!) 20 Life Lessons I've Learnt in Past 20 Days | Best Public Speaking Course in Bangalore India

1. Panic vs Practice: Average people panic. World-class people practice. When most people are panicking, the members of my programs are practicing for a better life. Which one are YOU doing? Panicking? Or practicing?

2. Past vs Future: Your present life is accumulation of your past choice. And where you will be a year from now depends on your PRESENT choices. What choices are you making right now? In health? In relationships? For your career? For your mind? It will show up a year from now. Are you aware of that? Don't regret them. Make the changes NOW.

3. Danger vs Threat: There will always be dangers in life. But fools take them as "threats." Are they same? Hell no!

4. Gratitude vs Granted: When was the last time (until February) you felt GRATEFUL for being able to go to mall/eat at your fav restaurants/walk while holding hand of your loved one? We tend to take great privileges like these for granted. Practice gratitude for what IS instead of just the perfect things in life. Practice gratitude in the simple things in life instead of waiting for "perfect life one day." Don't you think it will make you happier? :)

5. Confidence vs Chaos: I've said this line many times to private clients: "The chaotic world is the perfect practice ground for the sincere practitioner." When the world is chaotic, it's time to STEP UP with confidence. Confidence in YOUR abilities. Confidence in YOUR voice. Confidence in GOD! Makes sense?

6. Focus vs Faint: Recently I taught a session for the members of THE BALANCED LIFE MASTERMIND with a concept called F.L.O.W. Productivity System (no need to google that, you won't find it anywhere, I don't publicly share it).  And during the session I taught them how to 3X their productivity by simply focusing 48 minutes of doing DEEP WORK while using certain brainwave boosters. It's pretty amazing how well you can perform at work & in life when you GET BACK your focus.

7. Clarity vs Confusion: A lot of people are understanding that they are tremendously confused in life. CLARITY is so important. Clarity about your purpose. Clarity about your goals. Clarity about your challenges. Clarity about your actionsteps. Clarity about your limitations. Clarity about your invisible chains in your mind. When you have clarity, it's like getting a RARE MAP to reach your destination. That's why helping people achieve absolute clarity is something we focus on so much in my work as a life mastery advisor.

8. Circumstantial Leadership vs Substantial Leadership: All those "speakers" putting ADs on facebook talking about becoming a m-illi0n-aire speakers...have VANISHED. Did you observe that? Many political leaders are hiding behind the rocks too. They are circumstantial leaders. When times are PERFECT, they show up. Substantial leaders are those who show up and help people no matter what's happening.

9. Alert vs Anxious: It's good to STAY alert. It's painful to carry anxiety with you. Know the difference. Don't get ready. STAY ready.

10. Expertise vs Opinion: I didn't know I have so many coronavirus experts in my FB friend list actually. ;) Almost everyone is an expert these days. Haha.

11. Brainstorming vs Brainwashing: Take out a piece of paper. Get on conference calls with colleagues/friends. Brainstorm about creating something together. Create for good. I believe in collaboration instead of competition. Do you?

12. Connection vs Carelessness: Learn to connect with people. Call people. 5 people a day. Ask about them. Ask about their families. See if they need any help, any support. Give them encouragement. Let them know you're with them, and tell them you want them with you. Reignite friendships. Care for people, it never goes out of fashion, you know? :)

13. Mastery vs Misery: People that are committed to being MASTERS in life are doubling down on themselves. More study. More training. More focus. More work. More care. But average people are quitting (they're good at it) and it's leading them to a miserable life soon. How do I know? Because I lived a miserable life for many many years...until I decided "enough is enough! I want to write my own future now instead of just going through life."

14. Change vs Stagnant: Working from home is new for you? Good! Change is good. I like the serenity prayer: "God grant me the serenity To accept the things I cannot change; Courage to change the things I can; And wisdom to know the difference."

15. Contribution vs Dialogue Baazi: Anyone can talk big on social media. But world-class people contribute. Are you contributing? It's nice to clap and make sound with your steel plates standing in balcony but that's not enough to feed people or other animals. We are donating and contributing for feeding people. Anupama has a friend who was looking for muuuney to help feed more dogs. I came to know and gave her 10K in the evening just for the street dogs. Not bragging. It's not my intention. I give more than that regularly but my intention here is to inspire dialogue baaz people to ACTUALLY do something to help animals. I make give regularly anyways and feed a lot of people anyway. Anupama & I have made donations to the Govt too 10 days back. We want to do more. God has given me a lot and I don't have much attachment with muuuney- however I do respect what choices muuney can help me make- for my family & the society at large & my mission in life. If you're a follower of mine, please help people. Your contribution can save lives.

16. Artist vs Reporter: The job of the reporter is to tell what IS happening. The work of an artist is tell you what CAN be happening. Reporter tells you present scenario. Artist tells you about POSSIBILITY. Aren't you an artist? Hold the pen. Write. Start a blog. Do a podcast. It's your time.

17. Quarantine vs RESET: My friend Eli recently told me: "It's not Quarantine. It's a time to RESET your life." Beautiful way to look at life, isn't it?

18. Lonely vs Alone: You cannot be lonely if you like the person you are alone with. You will only feel the loneliness if you've failed to become your own best friend. Sometimes, you need to be alone. Not to be lonely, but to enjoy your f-r-e-e time being yourself.

19. Mentorship vs Mediocrity: People who are COMMITTED to being world-class are people who i-n-v-e-s-t in mentorship to GROW when average people are accepting mediocrity as a way of living. What are you learning? Who are you learning from? Are you wasting time just watching videos? Or are you having group mentoring calls with YOUR MENTOR? I know what world-class people are doing.

20. Love vs Loathe: Anupama told me many times: "Love is the ultimate power." For many years I didn't agree. Now I do. Maybe because I love her too much, who knows. Love is the power, baby! Send your love to people. Today.
